The first step to any successful project is getting to know the people we’re designing for. What problems do they have and how this affects them emotionally, physically, and culturally?

Finally, we dive into creating our initial design solution. As we do so, we communicate with outside collaborators to weigh in on design decisions so that we are building efficiently with users in mind.

After our initial design is complete, our work isn’t done! We continue to assess the product in real-time, making improvements and changes as wants and needs, and goals grow.
